STEPHANIE DONOHOO
Stephanie joined the public accounting profession in 2019 after spending nearly a decade in corporate audit. She worked alongside former firm owner Pamela Sirls until her retirement in 2021, at which time she assumed ownership and re-branded as Donohoo & Associates PLLC. Stephanie oversees the firm's operations and team while continuing to work closely with clients on their accounting, tax, and advisory needs. She enjoys focusing on technology and systems integrations, helping businesses use accounting software, automation, and connected applications to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and make better use of their financial information. She earned both her undergraduate in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. Stephanie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
CARLIE ELDER
Carlie has been working in public accounting for nearly a decade. A graduate from Murray State University, she earned her Bachelor of Business in Accounting in 2014 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2016. During her time in the field Carlie has worked with a wide range of different clients from large corporations to individuals. In addition to income and business tax preparation she has also been involved in financial statement preparation and analysis, payroll oversight and payroll tax reporting, and managing bookkeeping responsibilities. She enjoys helping clients grow their business and watching them become successful. Carlie is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Public Accountants.
EMILY SHELTON
Emily is responsible for managing payroll for our small business clients. She comes to the firm with nearly thirty years of financial operations experience in both the tourism and construction industries. Her experience includes management and oversight of payroll operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost accounting.
EMILY BROWN
Emily has worked in the accounting field since before her graduation from Murray State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Business degree in Accounting and Finance. With over two decades of accounting experience working with firms in Louisville, Benton, and Paducah, Emily can accommodate the needs of our clients, no matter how specialized or unique they may be. She has worked with industries including construction, trucking, farming, and private businesses, as well as individual clients. Emily has a strong history of working in various roles that have included payroll operations, financial statement preparation and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, job cost accounting, tax preparation, and day-to-day bookkeeping issues.

Emily is an experienced accounting and business professional with nearly twenty years of experience in financial analysis, business management,and accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Office Systems, as well as her Master of Business Administration (MBA), from Murray State University. Throughout her career, Emily has held financial analyst and business management roles in Nashville, Tennessee, as well as Paducah and Benton, Kentucky, developing a broad background in financial operations and business administration. Emily serves clients in a variety of accounting and financial capacities as a bookkeeper and tax preparer. Her diverse professional background allows her to understand both the financial and operational needs of the businesses and individuals she serves.
